Wildlife Garden Project CIC (“we”, “our” or “us”) is a Community Interest Company that provides educational content, videos, events, and campaigns to inspire and support wildlife-friendly gardening.

2. Using our website
You’re welcome to browse our site, watch our videos, and engage with our content. By using this website, you agree that you will:
- Use it only for lawful purposes.
- Not attempt to disrupt, damage or interfere with the website or its content.
- Respect our copyright and intellectual property rights.
We may update, change, suspend or remove parts of the website at any time without notice.
3. Signing up for our newsletter
By signing up, you agree to receive our monthly newsletter, The Wildlife Garden Post, and occasional updates about our videos, events, campaigns and paid offers, such as talks or online courses.
We use FEA Create to manage our email list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
We will never share your details with anyone else.
4. Events, talks and masterclasses
We offer live educational events such as talks, workshops and masterclasses. These are currently delivered online but may also take place in person in the future.
Live events and replays
- Some events are live only, while others include a replay.
- If you have paid for an event, you will receive access to a replay, even if you cannot attend live.
- Replays for paid events are available indefinitely unless stated otherwise.
- Replays for free events are typically available for up to one month.
Access details will be sent by email or made available via your account area where applicable.
Access and use
- Event access and replays are for personal use only.
- You must not share, copy, record, download, distribute or resell access links or replay content.
- Recordings of our events may be made available again or resold in the future, for example as part of other learning resources or offers.
5. Pricing and payment
- Prices for events and content are shown at the time of booking.
- We do not charge VAT.
- We may occasionally offer discounts or early bird pricing.
- Payments are processed securely via FEA Create, which uses Stripe.
All purchases are currently one-off payments.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Paid events and digital content are generally non-refundable.
However:
- If you are unable to attend a live event, you will still receive access to the replay.
- If you need to cancel for another reason, you’re welcome to email us. We will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis, provided you contact us at least 48 hours before the event start time.
- If we cancel an event, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative option where appropriate.
We aim to be fair and reasonable wherever possible.
7. Behaviour at events
We want our events and spaces to feel welcoming and safe for everyone. By attending our events, you agree to:
- Be respectful to speakers, hosts and other attendees.
- Avoid disruptive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour.
We reserve the right to remove access to an event or replay without refund if behaviour is inappropriate.
8. Our content
Unless otherwise stated, all videos, text, images and other content on this website belong to Wildlife Garden Project CIC.
You’re welcome to share or embed our publicly available content for personal or educational use, provided you clearly credit us (for example: “Source: Wildlife Garden Project”).
You must not copy, sell or reproduce our content for commercial purposes without our permission.
If we feature user-submitted content (such as photos or testimonials), this will always be done with permission and clearly credited.
9. Links to other websites
Our website may include links to third-party websites (such as YouTube or partner platforms).
We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of these sites.
10. Accuracy and information
We take great care to ensure that the information we share about wildlife gardening is accurate, responsible and based on the best available evidence at the time.
